The Senior Human Resources Executive shall focus on the day-to-day operational and administrative aspects of Human Resources, ensuring smooth and compliant HR functions for assigned business units. The Senior Human Resources Executive is crucial in managing employee data, supporting payroll processes, handling recruitment and cessation activities, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the incumbent will be responsible to:-

  • Handle daily human resources functions, operations and administrative matters in the department.
  • Work with assigned business units on recruitment, compensation and benefits, cessation and payroll-related matters.
  • Maintain and update personnel, employment, training and payroll records of employees.
  • Liaise with outsourced payroll vendor on payroll related matters.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations and tax laws.
  • Handle all work passes for foreign workers, pertaining to application, renewal, cancellation, medical check-up and any other related matters.
  • Support the conduct of Orientation Programme for new employees.
  • Support and implement policies and procedures, HR initiatives and programmes.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties, relevant to your role, as assigned by Managers.

Requirements:-

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to payroll processing.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and payroll regulations.
  • Proactive, self-driven, highly motivated and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adaptable, determined and be someone who wants to be on a fast paced environment that promotes changes and drive for achievements.
