Job Summary:

The role of Assistant Director of Human Resources is supports the Director of HR in overseeing all human resources functions across the hotel/resort, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and service standards. This role involves strategic planning, managing HR operations, and fostering a positive employee experience to drive performance, engagement, and retention.

Job Descriptions :

  • Collaborate with Property GMs, SVPs, and department heads on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
  • Lead annual salary reviews, incentive/commission schemes, and merit increase planning.
  • Manage benefits planning and policy reviews across Singapore and regional/global markets.
  • Drive recruitment, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  • Oversee HR projects while ensuring compliance with Singapore labour laws and relevant international standards.

Job Requirements :.

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HRBP or equivalent leadership role within hospitality.
  • Ability to build trust, manage complex relationships, and engage senior leaders with credibility and tact.
  • Comfortable with budgets, compensation planning, and numerical analysis.
