About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources and Administrative Manager to join our dynamic team at COLI (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR and administrative functions and setting up a Singapore-based organisation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Set up a new local team
  • Plan, organize, and manage the full HR functions of the company
  • Overall in charge of the HR department and daily HR-related operation matters
  • Oversee the administrative functions of the office, such as office operations, procurement, facilities management
  • Serving as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing HR advice and insights to support the company's growth
  • Formulate, implement, and review HR policies and procedures
  • Responsible for payroll-related duties as needed
  • Develop and plan learning of Training and development policies, processes, and program to ensure effectiveness, relevance, and alignment to organizational goals and objectives of market trend competitiveness
  • Review incentives, recognition, benefits, and awards to drive high performance and retain potential talents
  • Review and approve end-to-end recruitment activities including of selections, offers, and acceptance
  • Work closely with the Headquarter to understand hiring requirements to cater business and project needs
  • Any other ad-hoc duties required

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years HR related management experience, preferably in real estate industry
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any equivalent
  • Possess sound working knowledge of MOM legislation, CPF & IRAS statutory requirements and other local statutory requirements
  • Good hands-on experience in HR-related applications and technology
  • Well-versed with prevailing HR best practices and strong knowledge in local legislation and statutory requirements
  • Good communications & interpersonal skills to interact and collaborate with different personalities
  • Proficient in communicating in Chinese both verbal and written, to Headquarter in China to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
