Job Summary: Lead and develop a team of maintenance sales professionals, focusing on coaching, strategizing key accounts, and driving sales performance for cooling tower and ACMV/HVAC services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily guidance, coaching, and mentorship to the maintenance sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set individual KPIs, and create development plans to foster career growth.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve the team's technical knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define sales targets, strategic plans, and market approaches.
  • Work closely with team members to develop winning strategies for key accounts and major tenders.
  • Accompany sales consultants on critical client meetings to provide senior-level support and coaching during presentations and negotiations.
  • Implement effective sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Manage the sales budget and revenue forecasting for the team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in sales leadership or team management role, preferably within the ACMV, HVAC, or building services industry.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring abilities with a passion for developing talent.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of leading a team to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Direct experience with cooling tower systems or ACMV/HVAC maintenance services is an added advantage.
