About the role

As a Business Development Manager at Muhr Asia Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities. This is a full-time position based in the Kaki Bukit East Region, offering the chance to work for a dynamic and innovative organisation within the Sales industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively research and identify potential new customers and markets for waste management solutions in the Facilities Managment sector
  2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to secure new business partnerships and contracts
  3. Engage in prospecting activities, such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
  4. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and content to support the sales process
  6. Maintain a detailed pipeline of sales opportunities and provide regular progress updates
  7. Negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  8. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers

What we're looking for

  1. Diploma/ Degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Business Management or relevant related discipline from a recognised tertiary institute.
  2. At least 5 years of relevant experiences in facilities management and business development portfolios.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
  4. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges
  5. A driven, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
