Adecco is partnering with a top global logistics company to hire a Business Development Manager to drive growth and client relationships.

The Opportunity

Adecco is seeking a Business Development Manager for a prominent international logistics and freight forwarding company. This role is pivotal in identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering robust client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, contributing to the expansion of the company's market presence.

  • Permanent, Full-time opportunity
  • Location: Changi
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm
  • Salary Package: up to $7000 + AWS + VB + Transportation allowance

The Job

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving business growth across assigned customer segments and industry verticals.
  • Promote a comprehensive range of international logistics solutions, covering freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, and related services.
  • Identify and engage potential customers through proactive outreach, networking, and consultative meetings to explore new opportunities.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and manage pricing activities, ensuring competitive and customer-focused solutions.
  • Contribute to overall business performance by monitoring sales activities, supporting account management, and assisting with commercial follow-ups.

The Talent:

  • Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or any other related field
  • Minimally 3 years of experience in the freight forwarding industr, in any vertical
