About the role

As the Field Sales Manager (Taxi Driver Recruitment) at Prime Car Rental & Taxi Services Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in promoting our taxis to potential hirers. This full-time position will see you actively engaging with potential drivers, promoting our competitive benefits and incentives, and onboarding new drivers to support the growth of our taxi services.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify and target prospective taxi drivers through effective outreach and networking
  • Communicate the unique advantages of joining the Prime Taxi
  • Assist with the onboarding of new taxi drivers
  • Maintain and nurture the relationship with drivers throughout their lifetime with the company

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or recruitment role, preferably within the transportation or services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade diverse audiences
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Proficiency in English and one other language is preferred
