About the role

We are seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to join our team at Nature's Field Snacks Mfg Pte Ltd, based in the Orchard Central Region. This full-time role will involve providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail stores.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to all customers
  2. Assisting customers with product inquiries and recommendations
  3. Maintaining store displays and ensuring product availability
  4. Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  5. Participating in stock management and inventory processes
  6. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary
  7. Supporting the implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns
  8. Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
  9. Record keeping and reporting as per required by the company
