  • Be the go-to Retail Specialist for all things pop culture, answering questions and ensuring every fan leaves thrilled.

Create an Epic Store Experience

  • Maintain eye-catching organized displays, manage stock, and ensure we are always stocked with the latest products. Support activities and campaigns that keep the store buzzing.

Innovate & Collaborate

  • Bring fresh ideas to enhance the shopping experience and work with your team to keep things fun, energetic, and on trend.

What Are We Looking For

  • Retail experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, i.e., you love connecting with people.
  • Availability for shift work, weekends, and public holidays.
