What you'll be doing:

  • Document, implement, and drive adoption of key retail workflows across showrooms.
  • Lead cross-functional operational improvement projects, delivering measurable impact on time.
  • Establish clear communication channels and reporting frameworks between HQ and overseas showroom teams.
  • Build and maintain tools, frameworks, and practices to support scalable, consistent retail operations.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, Operations, or related field (or equivalent).
  • 0–2 years of experience in retail, operations, or related roles.
  • Strong interest in retail operations and process improvement.
  • Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communicator and team player, able to collaborate across departments.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools such as Excel, Google Suite, and basic project management software.
