Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue and growth targets for local and export markets
- Identify new business opportunities and sales channels in domestic (F&B/wholesale) and international markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers and negotiate contracts, quotations and pricing
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer behavior to adjust strategies and product positioning
- Drive revenue growth across product lines by identifying new sales opportunities and upselling existing clients
- Prepare sales forecasts, report on performance and manage budgets effectively
- Direct and manage sales channels in overseas markets and develop strategies to expand brand presence and increase market share
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in seafood/F&B industry
- Leadership skills
- Excellent communication with an entrepreneurial mind-set
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
