The opportunity

As a Senior Sales Manager at Lian Seng Hardware Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales growth and fostering strong customer relationships. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your extensive sales expertise and strategic account management skills to contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and expand market share in Oil & Gas, Engineering Services, and machining sectors.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities such as EPCs, contractors, engineering firms, OEMs, and end users.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell the company's hardware products, machining capabilities, and custom fabrication solutions within the Oil & Gas Market
  • Able to build and grow your existing customer accounts through technical sales support and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with the operations and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of customised fabrication and machining solutions

What we're looking for

Min 5 years of Sales experience, specifically in machinery, fabrication or precision engineering services

Existing customer base or strong industry network is highly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to sell and position company-owned products and services.

Self-driven, independent, and hunter mindset – able to open new markets and drive business growth.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Possession of a valid driving license
