Our client is a Japanese company that provides an office search platform and brokerage services. They are currently seeking a Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager (Real Estate) to drive office space solution sales and manage client relationships.

This position reports to the Managing Director in Singapore.

【 Responsibilities 】

- Manage the general office brokerage business

- Conduct sales activities by proposing and introducing suitable office spaces to companies and business owners considering relocation or new setup

- Drive the development of new markets and the expansion of existing ones

- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and building owners

【Requirements & Preferences】

(Must)

- Certified as a Real Estate Salesperson (RES) under Singapore's Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) regulations

- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the real estate industry

- Proficient in English and Chinese to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

- Strong motivation to engage in sales, including new business development

- Demonstrated stability with consistent employment history

(Advantageous)

- Prior experience working in start-up environments or Japanese companies

- Proven track record of closing more than 30 office lease contracts

- Experience in office real estate brokerage within Singapore
