About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager, Real Estate to join our dynamic team at COLI (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales functions and setting up a Singapore-based organisation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project development from initial concept and planning through to sales
- Identify and evaluate real estate development opportunities
- Formulate and implement Sales & Marketing strategies
- Responsible for the preparation of sales and legal documents including sales arrangements, price lists, tender documents, register of transactions etc. which are in compliance with related legislations and regulations
- Design and conduct market research and analysis on local property market
- Liaise and maintain good relationship with internal and external parties including project management team, legal team, property agents, solicitors and bankers to facilitate the sales & marketing strategies
- Supervise sales launch and monitor operation of sales office and sales activities
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Real Estate/Property
- Degree in Real Estate, Investment, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Sound knowledge in local property market and residential properties
- Creative, analytical mind and market oriented
- Good time management skills, able to meet tight deadline
- Good communications & interpersonal skills to interact and collaborate with different personalities
- Proficient in communicating in Chinese both verbal and written, to Headquarter in China
