**Objective**:Responsible for the overall account and patient volume growth by developing B2B relationships and communities across Insurance, Corporate, Business associations and Broker networks in Singapore.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Lead, develop and own the B2B account strategy. Develop a corporate client base (both direct and intermediate) for our healthcare services, and achieve profitable sales growth in accordance with agreed targets
- Work with the General Manager and Marketing Director CEO to build new business relationships and establish an extensive distribution network of insurance brokers and intermediaries in order to generate new revenue stream
- Scale the business through community engagement, programs and networking sessions
- Proven ability to penetrate and engage with the Insurance, Corporate, Business associations and Broker network to identify new business opportunities.
- Deploy effective account management strategies for corporate wellness programme including customizing employee health services and service point of contact for HR managers.
- Identify and capitalise on marketing and upselling opportunities whenever applicable.
- Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, including awareness of the performance of specific accounts, ensuring that targets are met.
- Relationship management as necessary to maximize revenue return.
- Contribute to the marketing strategies including event management, design and marketing of the company’s healthcare services.
- Maintain detailed awareness of competitors activity, products and pricing.
- Work collaboratively with Operational teams to ensure that B2B accounts are fully supported and receive a peerless customer service experience

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrate B2B consultative sale achievement
- Prefer past experience from Insurance, healthcare intermediaries or pharmaceutical /medical device companies
- Strategic mindset Business Acumen
- Strong business acumen to establish authority, gain confidence and build trust through a significant understanding of the Key Account’s business strategies.
- Proven ability to negotiate service terms
- Proven ability to navigate mid-long sales cycle
- Comfortable negotiating some legal clauses
- Communication skills
- Able to clearly express complex ideas, both in writing and verbally.
- Demonstrate an ability to anticipate, and respond to, reactions, attitudes, views and feelings of individuals and groups.
