**About Head of BD & Partnerships at Nogle**

We are looking for a Head of BD & Partnerships to join Nogle in Singapore. As the Head of BD & Partnerships, you will be responsible for leading Nogle’s business development and partnership efforts by working closely with the CEO and COO. You will proactively identify, develop, secure and implement high value new business opportunities, both from clients new to Nogle and through the strategic development of existing relationships to achieve the sales revenue targets and sales plan.

With your outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, you will be strategic and tactical in developing and maintaining relationships with partners, ranging from VCs, fintech startups, to payment processors, across the world. You are a strong relationship builder, able to influence and interpret strategies into business plans, maintaining partnerships in order to maximise opportunities and deliver tangible results.

**What will you need to do**:

- End to end ownership of identifying, creating, developing, negotiating and closing high-value opportunities positioning our services to prospective clients.
- Plan and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives of the sales action plan, including budgeting of time and resources, and communicate with staff, as appropriate, to achieve sales action goals and objectives.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about Nogle’s offerings and understand customer requirements to jointly develop solution in accordance with customer requests, bring in product specialists to meet with customers, and continue conversations to understand areas for improvement.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners
- Manage partnership agreements while drafting new agreements, renewals/expansions, exploratory talks, and building consensus with internal and external partners.
- Lead the planning and execution of Business Growth Strategy activities and projects that directly support or assist in implementation and optimization of efforts for growth opportunities.
- Represent Nogle as required at key internal and external meetings and represent the company at key forums, both internal and external.
- Understands at a tactical level market/industry key competitors, challenges, terminology, technology, trends, and regulation.
- Develop a strong understanding of the market, competitors and how government regulations affect Nogle’s business.
- Ensure business development and expenses comply with Nogle’s expense policies and procedures.

**What do you need to have**:

- At least 6 years of proven work experience in a Sales, Account Manager or similar role, preferably in the fintech space.
- Excellent communication skills with experience representing the company’s offerings to senior and executive level management (both internal and external).
- Outbound Skills: Prospecting, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Discovery, Sales Process, Deal Closing and Negotiation, Strategic Account Management
- Excellent English communication (speaking and writing) skills across multiple communications channels.
- Effective influencing and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
- Advanced relationship management skills, with the ability to build a network of contacts, both internally and externally (clients, intermediaries, professional bodies).
- Interest in blockchain technology, DeFi, and Web3.
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and advance responsibility and accountability.
- Willingness to travel is a plus.
