**About Our Client**:
Join our client who is one of the leading companies in the Pharmaceuticals Industry.

Seeking a Head of BD, APAC, who will manage an existing pipeline of commercial opportunities and validate new opportunities. He / she will work with both commercial and policy activities to support the growth of our client's APAC market share.
- Develop and lead delivery of APAC strategic planning process to support existing product pipeline and new business opportunities.
- Lead the preparation of market research reports and internal briefings.
- Develop commercial strategy and scope of business opportunities.
- Examine and understand the APAC pharmaceutical market to provide in-depth strategic intelligence for business development purposes.
- Proactively identify and propose business opportunities to further develop the business in APAC.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Healthcare Professionals leveraging highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and collaboratively with external stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with the APAC leadership and local teams.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Degree in Business, Medicine, Pharmacology or equivalent.
- Proficiency in general management, strategy execution, and change management.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in strategic pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or business development.
- Track record in APAC new product launches.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Proven success in identifying and securing new business prospects.
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry.
- Openness to local, regional, and international travel.
