As **Head of Partnerships** for Osome Singapore you will be a Player/Coach setting the direction and leading the Partnerships team to build and develop relationships with strategic partners to drive growth. You will lead and motivate a talented team focussed on assessing partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, and executing on the partnership initiatives. At Osome we know that the key to successful partnerships is the ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service quality, something that you will already have a proven track record in.
**What you'll do**:
Discover, analyse and evaluate growth opportunities with external third party vendors and partners to assess potential partnerships and licensing opportunities
Identify and prioritise opportunities for collaboration with partners as an added value to their service offerings or as a stand-alone service offering
Discovering, initiating, negotiating and closing deals
Implement brand activation in close collaboration with marketing, and drive collaboration cross functionally with Marketing, Sales and Development teams to support strategic efforts
Coordinating the work between partners and internal teams and making sure partnerships bringing value to us, our clients and our partners
Evaluating the partnerships project and correcting the strategy
Lead, motivate & manage a team of 3-5 people ensuring KPI’s and goals are met
**Who you are**:
Proven experience in leading partnerships or commercial teams within high growth tech companies
At least 5-7 years relevant experience working in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)/ Tech Sales/ Banking/ E-Commerce industries
Experience in developing business cases, assessing commercial outcomes, closing complex deals
Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects
Self-motivated and proactive, and able to work meticulously under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic startup work environment
Experience related to corporate services, accounting or tax is a big plus
