- Engage in policy and regulatory discussions to promote favorable ecosystem conditions.
- Monitor key ecosystem metrics and deliver reports to senior leadership.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to address ecosystem gaps.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles, including at least 3 years in the Web3/DeFi sectors.
- Established networks within Web3 ecosystems are required.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage complex partnerships with multiple stakeholders across different teams and organizations.
- Proven ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
