The Head of Global Partnerships drives global strategic partnerships, as well as act as a direct marketing liaison between the Coworking, Virtual Office and Meetings & Events product owners and TEC HQ marketing vertical leaders. The Head of Global Partnerships report directly to The Executive Centre's Managing Director of Global Marketing & Communications.
Global Partnerships Responsabilities
[Baterships, Sponsorships & Memberships initiatives]
- Establish and drive proactive & relevant partnerships to maximise TEC’s brand visibility as a premium brand, maintain and extend TEC’s credibility in the Real Estate market
- Manage and develop long term relationships with existing strategic global partners in offering mutually beneficial agreement where both partners target a new network to achieve growth objectives
- Leverage partner relationships to generate leads and build awareness for the Coworking/VO and Meeting & Events products through exclusive deals and venue sponsorships
- Act as a bridge for all local Partnerships initiatives sharing expertise and opportunities for other TEC markets & products
- Structure partnerships proposal across business units and markets: SOP, Governance with City Heads for new partnerships proposals, Internal training (Atiom), new internal partnerships tool (contracts templates )
- Build tracking mechanism of all offers and redemptions to identify success and opportunities for further exploration
- Directly oversee the Assistant Manager, Global Partnerships based in Hong Kong and help her to both maintain and strengthen current partnerships, as well as identify new opportunities.
- Manage the Global Partnership/Sponsorship/Memberships budget
- Create Marketing key elements to support partnerships initiatives (Website page development..)
- Participate in networking groups and functions to build pipeline and awareness
