**Job Description**:

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our partnerships strategy, driving growth and expansion across diverse regions.

As the Head of Global Partnerships, you will lead a high-performing team in identifying, onboarding, and nurturing agency partners to achieve business objectives. Your expertise in strategic partnership development, coupled with exceptional communication and leadership skills, will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships between internal departments and external partners.

  • To drive business growth through partnerships, identify and onboard agency partners in underserved regions.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with sales pipeline goals.
  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams and agency partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Build and maintain a positive team culture, promoting open communication and morale.
  • Oversee the negotiation and execution of commercial contracts and agreements between Trip.Biz and agency partners.
  • Ensure quality and consistency in partnership operations from both commercial and operational perspectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared business objectives.
