**About Global Head of Payment Partnership at Nogle**

We are looking for a Head of Payment Partnership to join Nogle’s fast growing team in Singapore. As the Head of Payment Partnerships, you will work closely with heads of Business Development, Account Management, Business Operations, Product, and Legal to develop and manage relationships with payment methods and ecosystem partners that enable Nogle’s product strategy and deliver new capabilities. This is a key role that will be highly visible at the most senior levels of Nogle.

In this role, you will use your influence and tenacity to build strong inroads across partnerships and their organisations. As the prime point of contact for our global payment partners, you will be primarily accountable for keeping them engaged in Nogle’s work and supporting a range of business development efforts to proactively secure new business and grow our impact.

**What will you need to do**:

- Partnership Management:
- Lead the overall strategic payment partner relationship, executing both short and long term objectives.
- Oversee a portfolio of FinTech partners and issuing banks. This may include virtual card issuers, installments, and cryptocurrency providers.
- Understand the implications of different payment systems, such as SEPA, SEPA Instant, Direct Debit, SWIFT and be responsible for sourcing cost-efficient payment solutions.
- Concurrently drive multiple initiatives that may involve commercial, marketing, product, financial and technology components across a broad spectrum of businesses and geographies.
- Participate in complex negotiation sessions with partners in respect to industry verticals, tailored payment solutions, simplified onboarding models etc.
- Present technical requirements to our partners and provide feedback to the product organisation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Execute the strategic business development plans while working closely with internal stakeholders including finance, product & technology, legal, operations and customer service teams.
- Effectively collaborate with our global BD professionals and represent the needs of these channel partners internally.
- Work with internal stakeholders on identifying and scoping innovation use cases and set up governance and operational processes to enable innovation with external partners.
- Work with Compliance and Operations functions to mitigate risks and ensure that the partner’s activity is consistent with applicable laws and regulations.
- Business Development:
- Develop and drive business development plans and roadmap and ensure that it is synchronized with the overall strategic direction and tech roadmap.
- Identify and effectively analyze new opportunities for Nogle, ultimately making recommendations to relevant decision-makers and cross-functional partners.
- Conduct partner/vendor benchmarking, RFI, RFP, or similar kind.
- Stay abreast of commercial, regulatory, and innovative trends in the payment industry.

**What do you need to have**:
Required:

- At least 8-10 years of total work experience with 5+ years of partner management experience, managing partnerships with fintech, consumer technology, B2B, or equivalent strategic, complex partners or 5+ years of other highly relevant experience
- Extensive experience in payments, inclusive of both card and non-card based payments
- Practical and operational expertise in commercial payment partnerships - with a focus on SWIFT, SEPA and other payment systems
- Strong analytical skills to understand and assess opportunities and partnerships with an ability to communicate both commercial and strategic benefits to partners
- Advanced relationship management skills, with the ability to build a network of contacts, both internally and externally (partners, intermediaries, professional bodies)
- An understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, and Web3
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and advance responsibility and accountability

Preferred:

- Proficiency in another language other than English
- BS/BA Degree in a technology-related field OR equivalent experience
- Previous experience in the banking industry
- Experience using customer relationship management tools (Salesforce, Jira, etc.)
- Willingness to travel is a plus.
