Responsible Globally for B business - Enterprise team’s payment partnerships go-to-person & business expansion / project management / partnerships integration / group strategic partnerships initiatives. - Based in Singapore and representing B business - Enterprise team to build good relationship & trust with local and global C-level executives, VPs, GMs, Directors in the fintech, global supply chain industry & marketplaces or companies that meets B business - Enterprise strategy. - Maintain and keep a regular communication channel with key accounts stakeholders at the region to provide sales services, negotiation and signing of MoU & commercial contracts - Achieve business development KPIs, increase market shares and promote strategic partnerships by, - Understanding B business vision and strategy, products / services and resources capabilities - Understanding various business lines, organizational strategy and business development vision of key target accounts / clients / partners - Providing solution innovation with deep Enterprise solutions & API capabilities - Execute and follow-up commercial contracts negotiation and signing - With customer first value, always achieve partnerships cooperation by continuous building customer value & innovation
- Familiar with payment, B2C marketplace & B2B supply chain industry - Proficient in English & Mandarin to communicate with our Mandarin-speaking stakeholders - Has proven global key accounts acquisition / expansion & management experience and skills; has proven success cases - Has strategic thinking mindset, deep and comprehensive business decision / judgement ability - Has excellent commercial negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with top level executives - Has strong win-battle mentality and ability to lead/work across cultural & departments; can manage complex team relationships issues and negotiate win-win with team members - Deep knowledge of China/Asia markets; understand cross border payment ecosystem
