  • As the Head of Partnership at Bright Future, you will play a crucial leadership role in building and maintaining partnerships for the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the delivery of partnership programs, including Livelihood and Step to Livelihood initiatives. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing corporate partnerships for grants, placement support, communication, and innovation assistance. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating industry-ready talent and ensuring job opportunities for aspiring individuals.Your responsibilities will include:- Developing networking and partnership strategies in consultation with the CEO- Engaging with various partners to secure financial and pro-bono support- Maintaining and expanding relationships with partner organizations- Representing Bright Future at events and meetings to enhance visibility and network effectiveness- Monitoring program performance and guiding the team towards achieving objectives- Managing budgets effectively to support program goals- Providing regular feedback and timely reports to build strong relationships with partners- Identifying new opportunities for program replication, scale-up, and partnership expansion- Establishing robust systems and processes for program execution and efficiency- Generating revenue through program initiativesIn addition to partnership management, you will collaborate with other teams within the organization. This includes supporting the communication team in developing marketing strategies, assisting the CEO office with communication initiatives, and aiding the innovation team in research and impact assessment efforts. Your role will be instrumental in fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement within the organization.To excel in this role, you should possess:- A master's degree, preferably in MBA (Operation) or social sciences/social work- 12-15 years of total experience, with at least 7 years in leadership roles managing large teams- Knowledge of social structures and challenges faced by adolescents and youths- Understanding of the correlation between education and livelihood- Familiarity with financial implications of programs and social/economic aspects of the education sector- Experience in managing teams and translating strategic goals into actionable plans- Strong skills in planning, networking, organization, team management, and stakeholder engagement- Proficiency in project and budget management, financial planning, and problem-solving- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formatsAs the Head of Partnership, you will have a pivotal role in shaping Bright Future's partnerships and programs, contributing to the organization's vision of creating a brighter future for aspiring individuals.,
