Singapore LEAD MARINE SERVICE PTE. LTD. Full time

**Job DESCRIPTION**

**1) **collect initial infomation

For on-site survey, the operator will follow company checklist, coordiate with stakeholders to collect initial information from Client/ship/site managers.

**2) **Incident Response - Operations

Collect facts on incident, inform relevant parties (owners/charterers), provide regular updates

Check and distribute relevant documentation, internally and to client.

**3) **Check internally for surveyor availability, inform client/stakeholders and arrange travel of surveyors, if required, under company account

Provide vessel details//agent details, other stakeholders contact info and keep in centralized folders, all company staff can access.

**4) **Seek initial quotation and negociate with vendors.

Provide type of damage, ship info, vessel status / technical details, to pre-selected vendors

**5) **Standadize the preliminary report, from collected information, and share with attending surveyor/contractor to further working.

**6) **Office Administration

**7) **Update Company and customer database per company standard

Continuous update of operational company database to ensure consistently high data quality

**8) **Follow up with invoice issue and follow up.

**9) **Service Arrangements

Coordinate attendance of services according to vessels schedules, port rotation, agents

**10) **Procurement of company equipment and consumables.

**11) **Reporting of incidents to Client

Update to Client about any major incidents involving costs /time line

Update insurers on incident details and liaise for insurance surveyor attendance

Compile costs for processing insurance claim and submit to insurers

Follow up on recovery of claim / reimbursement of costs to Client as applicable

**_12) _**Customer Management

Make sure that any feedback which is received is addressed to the responsible department head for follow-up

**SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**:
**1) **Strong analytical, problem solving, time management, decision making and leadership skills

**2) **Highly flexible, stress resistant and able to demonstrate conceptual thinking skills

**3) **Demonstrates teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills

**4) **Extensive knowledge and experience of project work

**5) **Process oriented

**6) **Ability to respond positively to customers and external bodies in an effective manner

**7) **Good inter-cultural skills and an understanding of Asian and Western business practices and protocol

Must able to speak fruent Madarin.

**EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Knowledge and experience in the health & safety and the marine industry
- Sound knowledge and experience with Quality Management concepts
- Good inter-cultural skills and an understanding of Asian and Western business practices and protocol
- Good working understanding of commercial and contractual documents as they pertain to Charterers issues
- Very good written & spoken English
