**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Handle full cycle of employment process
- Partner and support departments in manpower needs
- Involve in recruitment, employee engagement and talent management activities
- Handle staff learning and development
- Develop / manage talent review and succession planning processes
- Assist with HR projects such as HRIS upgrading, salary benchmarking and benefit surveys
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assign by supervisor
**Job Specifications**
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or Business discipline
- Possess at least 4 to 6 years of generalist experience in Human Resource
- Bilingual in English & Chinese to communicate with all levels of people especially Chinese speaking employees
- Meticulous with the ability to multi-task
- Highly adaptable to change with a positive mindset
- Support the Monastery event when required
