
Senior HR Executive cum Admin

Your main role in the company will be to manage the human resource functions of the company.

Manage and review all HR and Admin policies and procedures.

Responsible for the HR functional areas encompassing recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, training arrangement, performance management and payroll process.

Tabulating workers timesheet and calculation of drivers payroll in excel (manual payroll)

Update and maintain relevant HR info databases

Maintain an effective and user-friendly document control and filing system

Participate in continuous improvement on HR work processes and create SOPs and documentations

Handle MOM related survey
-
Manage all work pass applications while maintaining compliance with MOM laws and regulations
-
Address employee grievances promptly and professionally
-
Facilitate conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious workplace

Assess training needs across departments
-
Manage all workers training and site passes application and renewal
-
Manage Company's vehicles insurance, VPC and Road Tax renewal
-
All other administrative supports necessary
Requirements
-
Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, or a related professional qualification.

5 years of experience in HR or a related role.

Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.

Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

Able to work independently as a standalone department
