Reporting to the HR Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the following key areas:

- Job Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Selection for interns and staff including onboarding procedures
- Administer Office Administration including maintenance of door access system and issurance of staff items to new staff
- Schedule townhall communication sessions and gather staff feedbacks for the sessions.
- Technical Competencies:
- Minimum a Diploma in HR Management. Fresh Degree graduate will be

considered.- 1 year of hands-on experience in HR functions, preferably as a HR generalist.
- Good knowledge of statutory labor requirements and Employment Act.
- Core Competencies:
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- A good team player who is able to work with least supervision.
- Meticulous, well organised and with ability to multi-task.
- Need to commit to a duration of 5 to 6 months contract.
