Bishan, Singapore The Singapore Scout Association Full time $2,800 - $3,800 per year

**The Position**:
We are looking for self-directed, resourceful, and creative individuals to support and enhance the Singapore Scout Association's (SSA) communications and marketing efforts. Your role requires you to protect the brand image of the Association by ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and supporting promotional campaigns and marketing communication activities. Through data preparation and collation, you will assist in market research and data analysis on brand awareness, market trends, and the target consumer landscape.
You will be directly involved in developing collaterals consistent with the Association's brand across platforms, keeping the Association's website and social media platforms updated and aligned with brand guidelines, coordinate internal and external engagements with stakeholders and provide timely information required for press releases and media kits.
As part of a team, you will be working closely with other departments in the Association by providing consultation and recommendations for design visuals, marketing strategies and communications with vendors and other agencies.
**We are looking for someone who**:
- Has good interpersonal and communication skills and is a team player.
- Has proven experience in executing communications and marketing initiatives.
- Has a Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Has at least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in a similar field is advantageous.
- Has strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Is proficient in managing digital platforms and social media channels.
- Is proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/ or other related software.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare reports, presentations or manage budgets.
- Is able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Senior Executive/ Executive
Salary range: $2,800 - $3,800
Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 0900 to 1830hrs
Employment Type: Permanent
Pay: $2, $3,800.00 per month
