Our client, one the world’s largest financial services institutions is looking for:
**Customer Service Officer
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver personalized service to customers in call centre on banking products and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner
- Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
- Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction
- Solicit customers’ feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions
**Requirements**:
- Degree/Diploma holder, with experience in relevant customer facing / banking experience role
- Good listening and communication skills with confidence in speaking to corporate clients
- Meticulous, resourceful, multi-tasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office especially in Microsoft Word, Excel-
