**Job Title:** Temporary (2-Year) Call Centre Executive
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Call Centre Executive to join our team for a temporary period of 2 years.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote health screening packages and related services, and conduct customer surveys to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and address all external customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all emails to clinics and departments are addressed to the designated recipients according to established guidelines.
- Promote new programs, events, and organizational initiatives through various communication channels to engage with customers and stakeholders.
- Previous experience in Call Centre related roles, demonstrating strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
- Proven ability to use Microsoft office applications, including Word and Excel, to manage and maintain accurate records and reports.
