We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Temporary Call Centre Staff to join our team on a 2-year contract. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, promoting health screening packages and related services, and conducting customer surveys.
Main Responsibilities:- To promote health screening packages and related services
- To conduct customer surveys and gather feedback
- To manage and resolve all external customer queries and issues efficiently
- To communicate effectively with various stakeholders and teams within the organization
- A minimum of prior experience in a Call Centre environment
- Proficiency in using Microsoft office applications
