You'll have the accountability to lead the sales strategy for a national key account customers and field sales operations to meet / exceed business growth plans as set by the Singapore Leadership Team. Playing a key role on the Sales leadership team, you will oversee the achievement of customer and channel planning and execution.

- Develop and manage long-term customer relationship with head of buying for key national customers; contribute to overall sales and commercial strategy / objectives of the business
- Achieve / exceed all key sales measures and target for the national account (NR, COP, NWC and trade spend)
- Lead the development of Key Account Managers on National Account; Coach and assist where necessary Key Account Managers on customer negotiations
- Lead national field sales force team to ensure products are on shelf with the correct space allocation and merchandized according to company shelf standards
- Manage all business communications, informing the field sales force leadership structure of negotiated activities and providing key stakeholders with sales information
- Lead the development of national account team and national field force
- Achieve distribution within specific trade sectors of new products at channel levels; Ensure excellent implementation of the 4P strategy across channels
- Work in close partnership with marketing director to ensure development and implementation of customer category strategy and best in class 4P execution;
- Partner with Supply Services to ensure Customer Service levels and met / exceeded
- Partner with Head of Trade Marketing to ensure implementation of optimized 4P strategy is aligned with category and customer strategy
- Work in partnership with the Customer Head Buyer for RB categories defining and leading the process of negotiating annual customer trade terms; develop the customer promotion and product launch plans, ensuring excellent implementation from the Key Account Team
- Responsible for achieving Customer/Channel plan & delivering the target trade spend

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in Sales Management with major retailers
- At least 8 years’ experience in FMCG Account Management and additional functional experience, preferably in marketing, trade marketing and/or retail is an advantage
- Experience of leading Sales Professionals, and strong developer of people
