**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- This position is for Office of Human Resources and Faculty Administration (HRFA)
- Performance Management
- Review, design, enhance and implement performance management and competency framework systems, policies, processes, and procedures; and related automation or process improvement projects.
- Plan, coordinate, implement and provide administrative support for the University’s annual performance management exercises and operations; including organisational performance management reviews, calibration/moderation and talent identification.
- Provide internal consultancy services and guidance to stakeholders on issues relating to performance management, performance improvement, and competency development.
- Monitor and track under-performers, and work closely with managers and staff on performance improvement measures and development plans.
- Initiate, plan, implement, facilitate and manage communication and capability-building programmes to promote effective people management and performance management practices across the University.
- Learning & Development
- Collaborate with L&OD team, partners and training vendors to design, review, source, implement, administer, and evaluate the University’s corporate competency-based learning curricula and programmes.
- Plan, develop, design and/or deliver marketing and communication strategies, learning aids and resources, to promote engagement with learning and development.
- Identify, collect, collate and analyse learning feedback and data to prepare reports, analytics and insights to inform strategies and decisions in workforce capabilities, performance management, and for continuous improvements.
- Organisational Development
- Contribute to the development and execution of talent management, career progression, and succession planning framework.
- Partners key stakeholders to design, plan, deliver and evaluate assigned OD, improvement and change management projects or interventions.
- Other duties within the scope and purpose of the job, as needed by management or department.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree, with minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in HR with preferred specialisations/experience in areas like Organisational Development, Performance & Talent Management, Learning & Development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral); able to coach and mentor.
- Collaborative, self-driven, and results-oriented; acts with professionalism and integrity
- Effective project management, time management and organisational skills.
- Analytical, digitally
- Experience in the following areas would be advantageous:
- Facilitation or corporate training; course or programme design
- Job analysis, job evaluation and grading, and competency modelling and development.
