[What the role is]

The intern will work with the Learning & Organisational Development team in driving data/process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and elevate the learning experience for our employees.

[What you will be working on]

**LearningOps AutoPilot: Enhancing Employee Experiences through Automation and Data Optimisation**

**Project Description**:
The intern will be required to:

- Collaborate on internal projects aimed at streamlining learning operations and employee learning experiences.
- Identify opportunities for process re-engineering and automation. Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using tools such as UIPATH and/or SMARTIQ workflow.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned, contributing flexibly and adaptively to the broader goals of the L&OD department when the need arises.

Key project deliverables* include, but is not limited to:

- Delivery of a new learning workflow process with automation to reduce manual intervention.
- Consolidation of relevant learning data into a single database for analysis.
- *Project deliverable requirements may vary or rescoped accordingly _

[What we are looking for]

**Requirements**:

- Strong passion and knowledge for implementing data management, automation and improving administrative processes.
- Knowledge in Advanced Excel Applications, UiPath Studio, Tableau and/or SmartIQ workflow is highly advantageous.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills and able to engage and communicate with key stakeholders at all level.
- Possess a can-do attitude, comfortable both independently and as part of a team.
- Available for a minimum of 8 weeks
- Preferred profile of Interns: Year 2/3 or Final year students

- Acquire the ability to design and implement end-to-end automation solutions, contributing to increased efficiency and reduced manual efforts.
