**ABOUT OUR CLIENT**
Anglo-Eastern is a leading and forward thinking third party ship management company and they strive to be the go to ship management company for the shipping industry. They provide third party ship management and associated services with more than 30,000 seafarers and over 1,800 shorebased professionals who support their global client base. Headquartered in Hong Kong, the group has more than 25 offices from The Americas through to Europe and Asiapac. The group offers ship management, including technical management, training, manning and crew management across a wide variety of vessel types. Our client also offers consultancy and project management services for new builds, conversion and special project.

**THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT**

In order to be shortlisted for this role, you have the following skills and experience, but not limited to:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent.
- 10 - 15 year of progressive OD & L roles with exposure to:

- 1. Design and delivery of an integrated learning agenda
2. How to assess and support team effectiveness
3. Organizational design
4. Senior leader transitions
5. Exposure to business partnering and centre of excellence roles

Specific Business Knowledge:

- Organisational / team effectiveness tools
- Organisational design
- Change management
- Learning programmes

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The role responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Lead the integrated capability agenda for individuals, teams and organization
- Managing all shore based staff (2000 employees in 28 different countries) learning and leadership development
- Drive a Learner Mindset so they learn and adapt with pace.
- Support establishing and reinforcing the culture of the organisation
- Managing Org Health & Development, Change Management, Knowledge Mgt
- Supervise a team composed of a OD Advisor and Learning Specialists
