Job Title: Sr. Design Coordinator - Structures

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Sr. Design Coordinator - Structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and coordinate structural design drawings and documents submitted by consultants for constructability and compliance with project specifications.
  • Liaise with structural consultants, architectural engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth integration of different disciplines.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting structural drawings/documents to relevant authorities for necessary approvals.
  • Provide technical support to the site team on structural-related matters and interpret design drawings to resolve site queries.
  • Maintain proper documentation of design changes, site instructions, and correspondences.
  • Coordinate structural and consultant drawings using Revit/Naviswork/Enscape to identify clashes and ensure consistency in construction documents.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Structural Design Engineer, Project Engineer, or Structural Coordinator on Design & Build condominium projects for A1 main contractors.
  • Familiarity with local authorities' requirements and ability to perform structural analysis and simulations using software such as ACAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, or similar tools.
