Helpdesk Team Lead

Manage a Servicedesk team of 1st line Offshore Helpdesk team and 2x Onsite engineers for daily incident/request cases from customer end users
- Liaise with different Back end Infra, Network and Application team for incident/problem resolution
- Review to ensure cases are handled by Servicedesk team according to SLA defined
- Consolidate and generate report to customer management on weekly basis
- Handle escalation from members for Desktop, Mobile Device, Printers and any office device issue
**Requirements**:
- Familiar or experience in using ServiceNow ITSM
- Report generation skill using Excel & PowerPoint presentation
- Network Infrastructure troubleshooting
- Team Management experience
