- Assist the Helpdesk Manager and Team Lead in efficiently delivering comprehensive support services.
- Provide Level 1 phone support for requests, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents by utilizing FAQs, knowledge base information, and training resources.
- Be customer centric with the mission to enhance overall customer experience and satisfaction;
- Prepare statistics and report required for regular updates; Attend to cases within the stipulated Service Level Agreement (SLA);

**Job Requirements:
- NITEC, GCE ‘O’ level, Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years in IT or Technical Helpdesk industry
- IT literate and proficient in multiple IT platforms eg chatbot, tech stack, AWS clouds, etc;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
