Roles & Responsibilities

Scope of services


• Attend to all incoming IT queries over the phone and resolve it accordingly.


• Co-ordinate with respective camp engineer for escalated cases.


• Follow up and updates cases to ensure all closure of cases.


• Be responsible for completing assigned tasks on time and to the satisfaction of the users.


• Must be able to handle helpdesk duties.

Requirements:


• 1-2 years' good experience in similar capacity Technical Skills and experience supporting Computing Devices


• Computing Devices Platform Supported : Windows, IOS and Android


• Professional competencies that include:


• Ability to work without supervision


• Good communication skills


• Pro-activeness and Initiative


• Ability to multitask


• Good at problem solving & good customer service skill


• Good in follow-up skills


• Candidate with Helpdesk support experience in other capacity/industry can also be considered


• Location: Ang Mo Kio


• 5 days office hours


• Need to be cleared G50 clearance
