**IT Helpdesk**
- Working Location: Pasir Panjang
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri
- Remuneration Package: Up to $2800 (basic)
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide Level 1 troubleshooting and support to DGP users.
- Track and manage closure for all feedbacks/queries and ensure proper closure.
- Assist in data cleansing, upload and verifications in based on instructions/uploading templates.
- Administer the returns from agencies for all exercises, ensure all returns are received in a timely manner, and collate and tabulate all returns based on requirements.
- Assist on trainings/briefings to DGP users.
- Administer the access control review activities and ensure all agencies review the access in a timely manner and collate updates for reporting.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
**Job** **Requirements**
- Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Information Technology.
- Minimum of 2 years of Level 1 Helpdesk Support experience in ICT Industry
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Excel
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Good analytical, organisation and planning skills
- A team player who is able to work independently.
