Job Descriptions
- Raise the tickets into the ticket management system (ServiceNow).
- Some basic triaging.
- Assign the ticket status and provide an update to the ticket requestor.
- Please support any ticket-related report/stats generation as and when needed.
- Backfill requested.
- Preferably with IT background with experience in Level 1/1.5 Helpdesk Support
- Conversant in spoken and written English, possess positive work attitude.
- Apply basic helpdesk etiquette in dealing with users via calls or emails.
- Experience in working with and using:
- Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) or Integrated Ticket Service Management (ITSM) Tool
- Microsoft Outlook and Email
- Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
