Job Descriptions

  • Raise the tickets into the ticket management system (ServiceNow).
  • Some basic triaging.
  • Assign the ticket status and provide an update to the ticket requestor.
  • Please support any ticket-related report/stats generation as and when needed.
  • Backfill requested.
  • Preferably with IT background with experience in Level 1/1.5 Helpdesk Support
  • Conversant in spoken and written English, possess positive work attitude.
  • Apply basic helpdesk etiquette in dealing with users via calls or emails.
  • Experience in working with and using:
    • Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) or Integrated Ticket Service Management (ITSM) Tool
    • Microsoft Outlook and Email
    • Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
