We are looking for a IT Helpdesk Technician:
Location: Toa Payoh
Gross Salary: S$2,400
- IT helpdesk first level support with basic IT skills
- Basic experiences with IT troubleshooting
- Log incident and Service Request tickets and assigned to respective party
- Follow through ticket incidents till case closure
- Able to execute instructions from Lv2 engineers
- Problem diagnostics via remote support tool and calls
- Good communication skills and detail in work
- Incident Ticket reportings
- Good Customer Service
**Job Requirement**
- Qualification: Min Nitec or higher
- Experience: Nil related experience
- Salary: S$2,400
- Able to work well in a team
- Positive attitude in learning and following instructions Punctual
