**Responsibilities**:
- Complete processing of payroll for assigned subsidiaries
- Carrying out monthly payroll reconciliation and reporting to the finance department
- Temporary employee payroll calculation, intern payment processing
- Prepare statutory submissions to CPF and IRAS and ensure timely and accurate processing in accordance with legal requirements and company policies
- Monthly receivable processing and receipt confirmation
- Perform and validate data input to HRIS
- Preparing letters to employees and interns
- Storage of employee documents
- Process insurance renewals, group insurance claims, inquiries, etc.
- Process all corporate unpaid leave requests, government funded leave requests, and NS requests
- Run ad-hoc projects or tasks when required
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years of payroll processing experience for company with more than 100 headcount
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Exposure to SAP would be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised, meticulous and able to handle data with care
- Has service oriented mindset and a team player
- Able to work fast without compromising accuracy
- Cheerful and positive demeanour
