KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in daily operations of the HR shared services department
- Update and maintain all employee records in the QuickHR system
- Handle all IRAS tax matters including tax clearance for foreign workers and expats
- Handle and process all monthly payroll matters including payments and deductions accurately in accordance to statutory guidelines
- Prepare all HR related letters i.e. termination, dismissal, warning, employment letter, salary related letters
- Provide advice and assistance to staff on HR related matters with regards to payroll, leave and benefits
- Handle and be involved in annual performance appraisal exercise i.e. ensure manager and HOD carry out appraisal with staff, timely submission of appraisal forms, accurate update of bonus and/or increment details, print and issue letters
- Handle staff compensation and benefits such as reviewing of employee benefits and salary benchmarking
- Perform exit clearance for employee separation
- Handle all government surveys from government agencies e.g. MOM, WDA, IDA
- Involve in employee engagement activities
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties and as when assigned by the management
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
- Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in Human Resource payroll administration preferably in a Retail / F&B / FMCG industry
- Knowledge in all relevant statutory act (MOM, CPF, income tax)
- Knowledge in processing regional payroll is a plus
- Able to work independently under pressure and efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-starter, good time management, and effective communication skills
- Adapt at dealing with and engaging people at all levels
- Proficient in MOM work pass portal
- Proficient in MS office, Outlook
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
