Job Overview

The Table Tennis Academy Executive oversees the day-to-day operations of the academy, ensuring smooth management of training schedules, bookings, and events. This role also supports marketing and social media activities to promote the academy, attract new students, and strengthen the academy's community presence.

Responsibilities

Academy Operations Management

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations of training sessions, classes, and table usage.
  • Ensure all facilities and equipment are in good condition and well-maintained.
  • Work closely with coaches to plan training schedules and monitor student attendance.
  • Manage inventory of training supplies (balls, nets, uniforms, etc.) and handle replenishment.

Booking & Scheduling

  • Manage all bookings for student training, private coaching, and table rentals.
  • Maintain accurate schedules in the booking system and coordinate any changes.
  • Handle customer communications regarding class timings, payments, and availability.

Events & Tournament Coordination

  • Plan, organize, and support academy events, tournaments, and workshops.
  • Liaise with sponsors, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Manage logistics including equipment setup, event registration, and results collation

Marketing & Social Media

  • Create engaging social media content (photos, videos, stories) to showcase academy activities and achievements.
  • Manage the academy's social media accounts (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and respond to online enquiries.
  • Support marketing campaigns, student promotions, and community engagement programs.
  • Design and post event posters, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Track and report on digital engagement and marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Familiar with social media platforms and basic content creation (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
  • Passionate about sports, especially table tennis, and community building

Working Hours

  • Willing to work evenings, weekends, or public holidays based on training and event schedules.
