**Overall Job Responsibility**:
- As part of the Service Administration Division, you will work with various Social Service Agencies and Government agencies and funders to oversee fund management and disbursements to support different disability programmes services, to ensure that they continue to support and meet the needs of persons with disabilities and their caregivers.**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- **Fund Management** - To prepare and seek approval for fund budget and disbursement, monitor and report fund download and utilisation, oversee annual audit of fund as well as prepare and execute agreement with stakeholders
- **Stakeholders’ Engagement** - To influence and manage internal and external stakeholders to best support the sector’s overall strategic objectives
- **Digitalise & Streamline Processes** - To leverage on technology to develop, manage and review processes and controls to ensure effective and efficient administration of funding
- **Funding Dashboard** - To conduct data analytics to draw insights on the financial position of Social Service Agencies (SSAs) as well as the funding allocated and utilised for each programme type/ SSAs
- **Corporate & Organisational KPIs** - To ensure that corporate and divisional KPIs are achieved in a timely manner.
- Mentor and supervise staff as assigned
- Undertake any special project as assigned by Reporting Officer
**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**:
- Degree in Accountancy/ Finance/ Business and other quantitative fields
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
- Meticulous and numerically inclined
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and project management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and able to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly adaptable, able to work independently and multi-task in a dynamic environment as well as function as a team player
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
