**Responsibilities**: Proactively engage with potential adult learners to promote company's enrichment and education courses. Conduct consultations to understand learners’ needs and recommend suitable courses. Explain course details, fees, funding options, and registration processes. Follow up on leads generated via digital campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals. Manage course enrolment administration and ensure accurate documentation. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team’s growth. Provide excellent customer service throughout the learner journey. Stay up-to-date with the latest course offerings and funding schemes. - **Job Requirements**: - Previous experience in sales, customer service, or education-related roles (experience in adult education is a plus). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable with phone and face-to-face sales engagements. - Passion for lifelong learning and helping adults achieve their education goals. - Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team. - Multiple work location island-wide. - Commission-based work, flexible work arrangement. - Students / fresh graduates are welcome. **--> Kindly call 88129129 for more work details.
