**ADMIN**
- Managing office inventory and pantry.
- Perform facility management duties such as arranging for air con maintenance, office equipment, water dispenser.
- Ensuring the tidiness, orderliness and neatness of the office.
- Handle company insurance matters.
- Renewal of quarterly season parking, half-yearly road tax and insurance for company vehicle.
- Process staff claims and prepare expenses invoices to HQ with supporting documents.

**HR**
- Liaise with recruitment agencies for recruitment needs when needed.
- Collate and arrange interviews for internship program as well as full-time position.
- Work closely with Tertiary Institutions on internship placement and career fair events.
- Maintain, approve & update all employee leave record.
- Assist with performance appraisal.

**Requirements**:

- Min. O Level & above.
- Min. 2 years of HR or Admin support experience.
- Good command of Mandarin & English. Both spoken and written.
- Meticulous, disciplined and organized.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Able to start work immediately.
- 5 days of work : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Schedule:
